Green Bean Fries & Sun-dried Tomato Aioli
Roasting green beans on high heat makes them crispy and delicious. Dip them in sun-dried tomato aioli, and you've got your salt craving covered...the healthy way.
Green Bean Fries
- 12 ounces green beans
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Sun-dried Tomato Aioli
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
Step 1 :: Green Bean Fries
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
On a baking sheet, toss all ingredients. Roast for 12 minutes; toss halfway through.
Remove and devour!
Step 4 :: Sun-dried Tomato Aioli
Stir everything together. Let set until ready to eat. Delicious!
