Cottage Cheese Avocado Bowl

This super easy avocado bowl offers a fun, savory way to enjoy cottage cheese in the morning or as a snack.
1/2 cup of Lucerne® cottage cheese
1/4-1/3 cup of quartered grape or cherry tomatoes
1 Tbs toasted sunflower seeds
slack pepper (to taste)
salt (to taste (optional))
1. Slice the avocado in half and remove pit. In medium-sized bowl, combine cottage cheese with tomatoes. Fill avocado halves with the cottage cheese mixture.
2. Top with toasted sunflower seeds, black pepper, to taste, and a sprinkle of salt if desired.
