Cottage Cheese Avocado Bowl
Super simple and incredibly quick, you’ll adore our Cottage Cheese Avocado Bowls. Serve this fun and savory treat as a lunchtime side, a protein-packed breakfast or as a snack. Season with salt and pepper and add hot sauce if you want to turn up the heat.
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup of Lucerne® cottage cheese
- 1/4-1/3 cup of quartered grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tbs toasted sunflower seeds
- slack pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste (optional))
Slice the avocado in half and remove pit. In medium-sized bowl, combine cottage cheese with tomatoes. Fill avocado halves with the cottage cheese mixture.
Top with toasted sunflower seeds, black pepper, to taste, and a sprinkle of salt if desired.
