Main Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup of Lucerne® cottage cheese
  • 1/4-1/3 cup of quartered grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Tbs toasted sunflower seeds
  • slack pepper (to taste)
  • salt (to taste (optional))

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Slice the avocado in half and remove pit. In medium-sized bowl, combine cottage cheese with tomatoes. Fill avocado halves with the cottage cheese mixture.

Step 2

Top with toasted sunflower seeds, black pepper, to taste, and a sprinkle of salt if desired.
