Coffee Smoothie Bowl
Kick-start your morning with this energizing Coffee Smoothie Bowl! Made with espresso powder, coconut milk, almond butter, dates and vanilla protein powder, this smoothie is a delicious way to revamp your morning coffee!
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons espresso powder
- 6 ounces O OrganicsTM vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 date (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon shaved dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon O OrganicsTM shaved coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon O OrganicsTM dry roasted almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
In a blender, add all smoothie ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add a handful of ice and pulse.
Pour mixture into a bowl and top with shaved dark chocolate, coconut flakes, almond and chia seeds.
