Blackberry and Dark Chocolate S'more
Everyone loves s'mores and twist on the classic recipe does not disappoint. Smashed blueberries provided an added layer of flavor to the chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker. The recipe calls for broiling but you can of course always cook over a camp fire if you prefer.
- 8 graham cracker squares
- 4 large marshmallows
- 4 squares dark chocolate
- 12-16 blackberries
Gently smash 3-4 blackberries on a graham cracker square.
Place chocolate square and marshmallow on another graham cracker square and broil on low for 1-2 minutes until marshmallow is toasted.
Remove from oven and top with blackberry graham cracker. Serve.
