Easy Mojo Pork Loin Chops
Pro Tip: This recipe calls for 6 cloves of garlic, minced. Try using a fine grater, instead of a knife and avoid potential cuts!

- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

- juice of 1/2 orange
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp kosher salt
